At CAMELLIA, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds to ensure a smooth and fair process for you.
1. The CAMELLIA Return Window
We gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

In the original packaging, with all tags still attached.

Accompanied by your proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these simple steps to start your return:

Contact Us: Within the 30-day window, email our customer care team at contact@camellia.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Get Instructions: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Ship It Back: Carefully package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.
3. Refunds: When and How

Timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Processing: Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it is processed. The timing depends on your bank or credit card company.

What's Refunded: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned product(s).

What's Not Refunded: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

The fastest way to ensure you get a different item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you desire.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@camellia.com with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

7. European Union & UK Customers' Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a contract of sale within 14 days without giving any reason (the "Cooling-Off Period"). This period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Please follow the standard return process outlined above to exercise this right.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders not yet processed: We can cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.

Orders already processed/shipped: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.
Refunds All cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Incorrect Information Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist you if the package is returned to us.
